Rosie Ann Moore Medrano was born in Waxahachie, on March the 13th 1949, to Eliza Miller and Paul Moore, Sr. She was raised in Corsicana, Texas and lived in Dallas, Texas until Yahweh called her home (Ecclesiastes 12:7) on December 29th, 2020.

She was married to Rene Saul Medrano. Rose worked as a crane operator and elevator operator before retiring.

Rosie attended Jackson Elementary, Jackson Middle School, and graduated from Edmund J. Khan.

Those who preceded her in death, her parents, Eliza Miller and Paul Moore, Sr., a daughter, Erma Jean Sanders, her siblings; Waddie Lee Moore, Ela Fay Jennings, Louise Jean Proctor, Vassie B. Lane, Paul O. Moore, Jr., and Joyce Waters.

Rose leaves to cherish her memories, her children; Paula Marie Wooten, Timothy Wooten, Ricky Wooten, Sharon Rhem(John), and Latrice Green(Andrew), her siblings, Lessie Mae Cook, Gloria Jean Roberts, Flora Lee Roland, Barbara Miller, Nathaniel White, and Vinson Miller. As well as a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
