Lynn was born June 4, 1959 to the parentage of Leonard E. Adkins, Jr., and Ellen Lavern Adkins. He was educated in the Dallas Independent School District System where he graduated in the Class of ‘77 at H. Grady Spruce High School.
In 1985, Lynn united in marriage to Chandra (Chankey) Leaks. To this union, they bore a son, Thomas Chance Adkins. Throughout his career, he worked for Mobile Oil Corporation, Brice Vanderlinden, Wernick/Nation Bankruptcy Services, and Signal 88 Security Company,
Lynn was a DCF4L (Dallas Cowboy Fan 4 Life)!
Lynn transitioned home on March 26TH 2020.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ellen Lavern Adkins.
Lynn leaves to cherish his sweet memories, his son, Thomas Chance Adkins (T.C.), his father, Leonard Earl Adkins, Jr., and his sisters; E. Renae Adkins of and Alison (Mooney) Adkins. He also leaves to cherish his memories, his nieces and nephews; Robert Porter, Ashley Gooseberry, Lavandrea Gooseberry, and Chelsea Crisler. As well as uncles, aunts, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends. Also his special brothers: Ronnie Price, Kevin Washington, and Cliff Ward.
